Warm and inspired international style for little citizens of the world
From the beginning, the founders of Tea Collection sought to create a children's fashion company that celebrated the beauty found in cultures around the world. Each season, Tea Collection's design team travels to a new global region to find untapped sources of style and inspiration. Borrowing colors, textiles and influences from areas as diverse as the Mediterranean, West Africa, Norway and beyond, the team brings travel to life in all of their designs. Their adorable apparel collection for infants and children is sold through the Tea Collection catalog, at Nordstrom and at other fine children's apparel boutiques. Tea Collection's similarly stunning line of family stationery is sold exclusively at Tiny Prints. By transforming what was foreign into something beloved and familiar, the designers at Tea Collection remind us all that we are more alike than we think.
IN THE PRESS:
Tea Collection can be found in a variety of publications, including Parents magazine, US Weekly, Pregnancy, InStyle and Cookie.
DIVERSITY IN DESGIN:
The Tea Collection design team includes people from all walks of life—accountants, MBAs, artists, craftspeople and merchants. "When we design cards," they say, "we are always thinking about how we can bring a little bit of global influence into our customers' lives in an approachable way."
A TINY FLASHBACK:
Emily Meyer, the company's co-founder and Creative Director, started sewing when she was 3 years old. With a globe-hopping grandmother and a mother who taught French and Spanish, a future filled with cultural inspiration and fashion was inevitable.
