Pre-Ship Envelopes Service for Announcements & Cards

Tiny Prints offers a convenient pre-ship envelope service to all customers purchasing birth announcements. We can send your announcement envelopes before your actual delivery and announcement! Select your birth announcement design before your baby is born (to ensure the envelope size is correct), and we'll ship your envelopes first, so you can get a head start on addressing them. Once the baby arrives, we'll then print your announcement with all of your baby's information. These pre-ordered envelopes are a popular service that saves you precious time once your baby is born and also allows you to send out your announcements more quickly. If pre-ordered envelopes appeal to you, follow the steps below and get a head start on announcing your baby's birth.

To pre-ship your envelopes, simply follow the four steps below.

Step 1: Choose your birth announcement design
Browse our catalog of birth announcements and select a card designed by one of the nation's top artists.

Step 2: Select the pre-ship service on the product's details page
Go to the product's details page and click on the pre-ship envelopes link. By choosing this option, you can can order and receive your envelopes now and personalize your entire card after your baby is born. Once your newborn arrives, you will have several options to complete the personalization of your announcement (see below.)

Step 3: Follow the steps on the envelope order instructions form, continue to our shopping cart and checkout.

Step 4: Once your baby is born, finalize your personalization using one of the following methods:
1. Return to My Account at any time to complete your personalization. Once logged in, find My Saved Designs and Projects and click on the Pre-Shipped Envelopes project. From there, you can upload your photo (for photo cards) and enter exact wording, font type, font color and placement. We will then print and ship the cards to you promptly to stuff into your addressed envelopes. Note: if you start personalizing your card before you baby is born, remember to click on the "save work" button after personalizing in order to access this design later in your personal account.

Cost of Service
The cost to pre-ship envelopes varies by designer, but typically ranges from $8.00 - $12.00 before shipping costs. For the exact cost for a specific product, please refer to the pre-ship envelopes page for that item.

Shipping Times for Envelopes
Your envelopes will typically ship within 2-5 days, depending on the designer and return address printing needs. The estimated delivery dates for a specific product will be provided on the checkout page before you complete your pre-ship envelopes order.
